Project achievements

We not only provide AGV products for customers, but also offer customized information exchange systems for in plant automation. We connect real-time information from all 247 AGVs with the in plant production system, automatically adjusting the feeding cycle according to the real-time working conditions of the production line, achieving the integration of logistics and information flow. In response to the needs of this project, our company has developed a new automatic information exchange extension, Control Box, which can be connected to devices through IO points to complete handshake protocols. The biggest advantage of Control Box is that it has no requirements for the network environment. The real-time wireless network malfunctioned and the AGV lost its wireless signal, but the Control Box and AGV were still able to complete normal communication work, greatly improving stability assurance.
