The welding torch pressure is 800 k, the maximum rated capacity is 260 KVA, the duty cycle is 20%,
and the secondary maximum short-circuit current is 50,000 A.
A medium-frequency inverter transformer is provided, which is lighter in weight, higher in current,
and compatible with the spare parts of conventional welding torches.
The service life of the diode is 4,800 million times, 30% higher than that of similar products.
The secondary connection block has low contact resistance and long service life.
The key components are made of high-strength imported aviation aluminum to enhance strength
and reduce weight. The total weight of the welding torch is 120 kg.

The welding gun is mainly composed of a transformer, a cylinder or servo motor, a welding arm, a floating balance device, a welding gun bracket, and other parts.
The welding gun adopts a modular design and can be equipped with power/medium-frequency transformers of different powers.
The actuating mechanism employs cylinders with various strokes and pressures or servo motors, compatible with a variety of combinations of different requirements.
The welding arm is made of high-strength chromium-zirconium-copper cold-formed or alloy aluminum
profile panels or fortified brass alloy to ensure structural strength.
Standard port is provided for the mechanical connection with the robot, which is compatible with various mainstream robot integrated systems. The port for special electrical connection can be customized as required by customers.
