It provides customers with turnkey engineering services such as production line planning, design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning.

        The company has a manufacturing workshop of 15,000㎡. It has many sets of advanced manufacturing and processing equipment, including 3 large CNC gantry machining centers, 2 large table laser cutting equipment, CNC machining centers and ect.. It has the ability to undertake the manufacturing and pre-integration debugging of two automotive welding assembly packages simultaneously. 1) Great Wall Tank Project

Function description:

Self- made lifting roller bed + trommel n fixture  ,Allowable lifting stroke: 1350mm

2) EP30/EP40 Project of Hozon Yichun Base

      The project is carried out in two phases, the first phase is EP30 model, and the second phase introduces a new model EP40Product description: Independant research and development The multi- model automatic assembly station is used for the final assembly station to realize the switching between the positioning fixtures of the multi- model bodyside assembly. Its advantages are high repetitive positioning accuracy, high time cycle, low failure rate, and easy collinearity to add new models in the later stage. Now it has been successfully used in Skywell Tianmei Automobile, Huachen Xinri Automobile, and Hozon Automobile.

3) T15/T17 Main Line and Subassembly line  CAOA Plant,in Brazil

        The main welding line has a total of 13 stations, and adopts the form of lifting roller +skid conveying; The bodyside assembly line adopts manual pre-assembly line, the front top beam and the back top beam use manual pre-assembly line, and the top cover assembly line adopts manual sling line. The engine assembly, front bottom plate assembly and rear bottom plate assembly are equipped with lifting gear.
